Elecsa Approved Contarctor
We are fully certified and registered with the Elecsa Approved Contractor scheme. This involves an annual inspection, and ensures we are fully compliant with 'Part P' of the new building regulations. All our work is undertaken by City and Guilds qualified electricians. We are also fully insured.
Regulations and Legislation
With the changes in the building regulations to include the new 'Part P' which concerns domestic electrical installation and maintenance that came into effect in England and Wales on 1st January 2006, it is now a legal requirement for all domestic electrical work to comply with the relevant 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations BS 7671:2008 and you will need to demonstrate this when selling your property. At N.C. Electrics, we ensure that all the work carried out complies with the latest legislation and standards. If you are not sure if your existing wiring complies, we are happy to advise you and carry out a periodic inspection.
